Camden Cadet International

Nine boys and two girls from Camden competed at our first international event. Funmilayo Aiyenuro fought spectacularly well and finished 11th in a strong field of over fifty fencers drawn from nine different countries. Curtis Miller was the highest finisher amongst the boys finishing 23rd with Soji Aiyenuro finishing 28th in a field of 71. Full results here. >>

All in all this was great weekend of fencing putting Camden firmly on the international map. Particular thanks to Ron, Pat, Gabrielle and Ian for ensuring that the event ran smoothly and to all the other parents and volunteers who lent a hand.
